l 本产品广泛适用于各类型预充式导管，特殊类型的注射器亦可定制。Suitable for all types of prefilled catheter flushers, special types of syringes can also be customized.

l 表面采用SUS304不锈钢材质，接触物料部位采用SUS316L不锈钢和医用级硅橡胶，符合GMP规范要求。The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, which meets the requirements of GMP regulations.

l 设备配置胶塞自净台和盖帽自净台，实现不停机添加胶塞和盖帽。Self-cleaning station for rubber stopper and cap self-cleaning station can be selected to realize adding rubber stoppers and caps without stopping the machine.

l 硅化采用日本高精度超微量雾化喷雾阀，喷量可实现在0.5-2毫克之间调节，高精度稳定喷涂，无外溅，无滴漏。Silicification adopts Japanese high-precision ultra-micro atomization spray valve, the spray volume can be adjusted between 0.5-2 mg, high-precision and stable spraying, no splashing, no dripping.

l 陶瓷柱塞泵实现定量灌装，耐酸碱侵蚀，耐磨耐高温，灌装精度高。Ceramic plunger pump realizes quantitative filling, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and high filling accuracy.

l 胶塞和盖帽的排序和输送通过振动盘实现，采用SUS316L不锈钢洁净盘，无清洁死角，顶盘可拆卸并支持灭菌。The sorting and conveying of rubber stoppers and caps is realized by the vibrating plate, using SUS316L stainless steel clean plate, no cleaning dead angle, the top plate is detachable and supports sterilization.
