l 适用于各品牌RTU巢板式预灌封注射器包材。Applicable to various brands of RTU nest plate prefilled syringe packaging materials.

l 标配RABS手套箱及进口CSM材质手套。Standard RABS glove box and imported CSM material gloves.

l 表面采用SUS304不锈钢材质，接触物料部位采用SUS316L不锈钢和医用硅橡胶，符合GMP规范要求。The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical silicone rubber, which meets the requirements of GMP regulations.

l 可选配层流罩，实现在层流保护下手动拆外包和撕内衬。Class A laminar flow hood can be selected to realize manual removal of debagging and delidding under laminar flow protection.

l 采用国际品牌电气元件，实行无干扰模块化控制，同步动作全部由伺服电机控制完成，准确可靠，操作方便。It adopts electrical components of international famous brands, implements non-interference modular control, and all synchronous actions are controlled by servo motors, which are accurate, reliable and easy to operate.

l 由PLC编程控制器控制电机运转，人机交互界面实时监控显示各工位的工作状态，实时自动报警显示故障位置，故障提示。The operation of the motor is controlled by the PLC programming controller, the human-computer interaction interface monitors and displays the working status of each station in real time, and the real-time automatic alarm displays the fault location and fault prompt.
