适用于各品牌预灌封注射器，其他类型的注射器亦可定制。
表面采用SUS304不锈钢材质，接触物料部位采用SUS316L不锈钢和医用级硅橡胶，符合GMP规范要求。
由PLC编程控制器控制电机运转，人机交互界面实时监控显示各工位的工作状态，实时自动报警显示故障位置、故障提示。

l 表面采用SUS304不锈钢材质，接触物料部位采用SUS316L不锈钢和医用级硅橡胶，符合GMP规范要求。The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, which meets the requirements of GMP regulations.

l 陶瓷柱塞泵实现定量灌装，耐酸碱侵蚀，耐磨耐高温，灌装精度高。Ceramic plunger pump realizes quantitative filling, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and high filling accuracy.

l 胶塞的排序和输送通过振动盘实现，采用SUS316L不锈钢洁净盘，无清洁死角，顶盘可拆卸并支持灭菌。The sorting and conveying of the rubber stoppers is realized by the vibrating plate, which adopts SUS316L stainless steel clean plate, without cleaning dead angle, and the top plate is detachable and supports sterilization.
