l 采用国际品牌电气元件，实行无干扰模块化控制，同步动作全部由伺服电机控制完成，准确可靠，操作方便。It adopts electrical components of international famous brands, implements non-interference modular control, and all synchronous actions are controlled by servo motors, which are accurate, reliable and easy to operate.

l 由PLC编程控制器控制电机运转，人机交互界面实时监控显示各工位的工作状态，实时自动报警显示故障位置、故障提示。The operation of the motor is controlled by the PLC programming controller, the human-computer interaction interface monitors and displays the working status of each station in real time, and the real-time automatic alarm displays the fault location and fault prompt.

l 表面采用SUS304不锈钢材质，接触物料部位采用SUS316L不锈钢和医用级硅橡胶，符合GMP规范要求。The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, which meets the requirements of GMP regulations.

l 胶塞的排序和输送通过振动盘实现，采用SUS316L不锈钢洁净盘，无清洁死角，顶盘可拆卸并支持灭菌。The sorting and conveying of the rubber stoppers is realized by the vibrating plate, which adopts SUS316L stainless steel clean plate, without cleaning dead angle, and the top plate is detachable and supports sterilization.
